Dr. James Harvey, MD, FACC, FSCAI is an Interventional Cardiologist and VP & CMO of the Heart and Vascular Service Line at WellSpan Health. He attended undergraduate and graduate school at Vanderbilt University and then went to medical school at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Harvey did his residency training in Internal Medicine at Emory University Hospital and completed fellowship training in both Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic where he served as the chief interventional fellow.

Dr. Harvey has a special interest in structural and valvular heart disease, complex coronary artery disease, and mechanical cardiovascular circulatory support. He serves as Director of the Structural Heart Program at WellSpan York Hospital. He also serves as a member of the Executive Council for the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American College of Cardiology.
