Dr. Pahuja is currently an Assistant professor at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center. He is a dually trained Interventional and Advanced Heart Failure Transplant Cardiologist. He also serves as Director of the ICU and inpatient service and was appointed as Associate Program Director of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship program. Before joining the University of Oklahoma, Dr. Pahuja finished his advanced fellowships in Interventional/Structural cardiology and Advanced Heart Failure Transplant at Georgetown University/Washington Hospital Center. His has many research publications and his research interests include cardiogenic shock, understanding the hemodynamics of MCS devices, high-risk PCI, and innovating better percutaneous device-based therapies for heart failure patients.
