Charles Davidson is Professor of Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs in Department of Medicine, Clinical Chief of Cardiology and Medical Director of the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute.

He has published over 300 manuscripts and book chapters including chapters on Cardiac Catheterization in 5 editions of Braunwald’s Textbook of Heart Disease. He is on the editorial board of the American Heart Journal, Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions, Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions and Cardiovascular Regeneration Medicine. His expertise is in structural heart disease, transcatheter interventions including tricuspid and mitral valve repair and replacement and aortic valve replacement. He is on the steering and executive committees for several early feasibility and pivotal tricuspid valve trials.
