Lior Lupu, MD MBA

Lior is an interventional cardiology fellow at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center program. Lior earned his medical degree at the Hadassah Faculty of Medicine at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, and completed an internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at Tel-Aviv Medical Center, Israel. Furthermore, Lior holds an MBA with a specialization in business data analytics from Tel Aviv University, Israel. Lior has extensive clinical research experience and served as the primary investigator in an industry-sponsored study. His research areas include valve and structural heart disease, complex coronary conditions, and technological innovation.
