Dr. Lawrence Ang is an Associate Professor and interventional cardiologist in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at UC San Diego Health. He his research interests include hemodynamic testing for valvular heart disease, congestive heart failure, and coronary artery disease. He is clinically involved with developing novel cardiovascular therapies, including robotically-assisted percutaneous coronary intervention and balloon pulmonary angioplasty for chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension.
