Dr. Saybolt is the medical director of the structural heart disease program at Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore Univeristy Medical Center. He specializes coronary imaging and physiology as well as in minimally invasive therapies for the treatment of valvular and structural heart disease. These include transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), transcatheter edge-edge mitral valve repair (TEER), closure of patent foramen ovale and atrial septal defect, transcatheter valve in valve therapy, paravalvular leak closure and alcohol septal ablation. He is also trained in the most advanced techniques for the treatment and management of coronary artery disease, pulmonary embolism and cardiogenic shock. He remains actively involved in clinical research as the Principal Investigator for several ongoing trials at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
