Dr. Luis Dallan is currently the Medical Director, Catheterization Laboratory, UH Samaritan Medical Center. He has performed a series of studies in this area and has conducted many clinical trials. He has completed his Sandwich PhD Foreign Program - PDSE - CAPES at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center / Case Western Medical University.
