Creighton W. Don is an interventional cardiologist and Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiology at the University of Washington. He is also the section chief of cardiology at the Puget Sound VA hospital in Seattle. He has been involved with transcatheter valvular therapies for over a decade and has been an investigator on several TAVR and other percutaneous mitral valve intervention trials. He is currently working on cardiac CT imaging and intracardiac echocardiography to help guide let atrial appendage occlusion procedures. He has also helped develop the complex coronary interventions progam at the VA and University of Washington including the advanced atherectomy and brachytherapy programs. He is an adjunct faculty with the UW Department of Bioengineering working on developing novel interventional cardiology devices.
