Mauro Moscucci, MD, MBA, MPH is a Medical Officer in the Office of Cardiovascular Devices at the FDA Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH), and Adjunct Professor of Medicine at the University of Michigan. Dr. Moscucci is an interventional cardiologist with more than 25 years of experience in the field. Since his initial training in interventional cardiology, he has focused his career on outcome assessment and improving the quality of care for patients with cardiovascular disease. He is the editor of four textbooks including the 8th and the most recent 9th edition of “Grossman and Baim’s: Cardiac Catheterization, Angiography and Intervention”.
